There is a character concept I am working on but I am unsure of some of the mechanics of it. I have read a lot of forums today but thought I would check with the brains trust.
First cab of the rank is
1 - "If I have a level 1 Cleric - Theologian Archetype and select the Chivalry Inquisition will this give me an effective level 3 Mount at first level?"
Ok next question
2 - "If I am an Elf or Half-Elf and take a level in Oracle with the nature mystery and select the Bonded Mount revelation, then proceed to continually use my favoured class bonus to add +1/2 level to the effect of any revelation will my Mount advance at 1.5 levels per level?"
3 - What happens if I take the Cleric at 1 then cross class into the Oracle, will my Mount progression be 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12 etc as I gain levels?
4 - If I am a Half-Elf with multi-talented can I start as Oracle and once I have the Revelation continue to progress in a different class but still add the +1/2 effect on the revelation from the favoured class bonus?
This character is for Pathfinder Society FYI so only the standard Horse or Camel is available.
I guess another question is
5 - What if I take Cavalier and the Beast Rider Archetype? I am assuming this is a no go as the levels from Beast rider now would not stack with the other sources.
My final build is shooting for an Oracle 1 Natures mystery Bonded Mount, Samurai Order of the star 4, Cleric 1 Theologian Chivalry inquisition, Paladin 5 Hospitalier for a final Horse at level 17 with samurai and Paladin as the 2 favoured classes.
The Samurai's order of the star contributes at half pace towards the cleric channel energy and the Paladins Channel AND Lay on Hands.
Let me know what you think and if it seems legal.
Oh and I am aware that splitting Samurai Paladin Cleric and oracle is sub optimal, just trying to see how powerful a horse I can get. Could just go straight Paladin, Samurai, Oracle or Cavalier I guess, with the 1 level dip into cleric to pick up the extra 2 levels of mount.

Yes, you can advance your Oracle mount using the Elf FCB as a half-elf. Yay! This gives your mount a nice boost.
1) Haven't studied it. No answer for you.
2) PFS has imposed a hard limit on how much you can boost your animal companion this way. Your animal companion can only have one more hit dice than you. You only get to do this boosting while you are an oracle.
3) If your cleric or cavalier or paladin has a mount / animal companion feature that includes your animal, you can progress it normally, level by level. If all of them give horse as an animal companion / mount, your animal companion will progress normally through all of its levels.
4) Yes, as a half-elf, you can take the FCBs for two different classes, since you can have both as favored classes. You can also choose between FCBs for humans, elves and half-elves if they are different.
My big question is why you would want to do three or more classes. However, I could totally understand crossing paladins with oracles, especially when playing a half-elf and thus able to get FCBs with both classes This is a really great crossing. Oradins have great possibilities.
The oracle and the Paladin need the same stats -- strength and charisma. You can go paladin, dip into Nature's Oracle for the mount and possibly the nature's whispers revelation, and then go back to being a kickass fighter as a paladin.
Or you can start oracle to get that mount and the armor revelation and then shift to paladin for divine grace. Half elves also can get you ancestral weapon, so you can start out as an oracle with a decent weapon (maybe a lance?) for your mount.
If you have more questions about animal companions in PFS, a good place to look is at the Druid's Log Guide to Animal Companions. Flutter answers a lot of questions in that guide.
You could also ask this question in the discussion thread for that guide. Lots of PFS animal experts read it regularly.

Thanks heaps for the reply. Pretty much answered all my questions and shot the build out of the water as it was intended for PF Society and that hard limit of 1 HD higher wrecks the whole thing.
The reason for Paladin was to pick up Divine Grace as it is too hard to pass up when you have a high Chr but if I dipped 2 level into pally for it without going to 5 then I lost levels on the mount. It was kind of an experiment to see how powerful I could get the horse to be.
If I was to go this route I would just go play oracle given that +1 HS limit but as I already have an Oradin I don't think I will play this for a long time.

You can stil keep your mount more advanced then yourself. Or you could advance your mount one level, then advance some other revelation the next. Even if it will not be super horse, it would still be better than every other horse of its level. I think that advancing your mount is still worth doing, in order to get earlier access to feats and skills and tricks and such.
