This is the information from your FAQ, which was last updated in June of 2010:
"Can I track my shipment?
Only UPS and standard postal delivery options are trackable. USPS First Class and Priority are not. Please note, at this time, none of our international shipping methods are trackable."
Today, October 2014, USPS states rather obviously that priority mail is trackable:
https://www.usps.com/ship/priority-mail.htm
"Includes USPS Tracking when you ship online and at retail"
Can this be reexamined? It feels kind of offputting for every other online retailer I buy from to give me a tracking number when sending via USPS Priority Mail but to not get one from you guys. Particularly when today is day 6 of my "2-5 business days" package's timeline.

The ability to add tracking numbers to more types of orders is something that we would love to be able to do, but not something that the current software/tech allows. This project has to be evaluated against our tech team’s current workload which includes work being done on our general ordering/shipment process. Unfortunately, at this time, we have nothing to announce.

Nothing has changed, either, seven years later their "workload" is still too much to be able to provide *basic* data science to their customers. Its not just that they choose this garbage service from ups and the us postal service, but that they continue using it for a decade at least, after nothing but negative feedback.
FYI most people arent giving you feedback because it is obvious it wont be taken anywhere or acted upon, at all.
You want the image of a fun and friendly place without paying the ethical price for making it that way.
Which part of fun and friendly is leaving customers in the dark, literally and technologically?
College interns are building systems infinitely more complex than your entire operation for fun in maker spaces and at hacker faires every day.

I get a 'tracking number' in an email for each purchase I make, as well as a tracking link. However, this number and link do not seem to provide valid tracking through either UPS or USPS. Instead the number given appears to be an internal order number that looks like a tracking number. I have tried tracking packages from the day I get the email, every day up until the package arrives, and the info from the link is never updated (always says 'no information available'). Is there another way to track my shipments?
