On October 1, I made a great golem sale order and asked that the items be stored in my sidecart (3254957). Then when my subscription went to pending today, one of the items didn't make it in (3293487). The copy of the Shackled City Adventure Path hardcover isn't there. I see that the hardcover has now sold out--can someone let me know what happened?

It looks like your copy is fine. The system just got confused about moving it out of the sidecart. I have wrestled around with it and moved it to to the order. You should soon get an updated order email.
