For a while now I've been wanting to make a sundering character for PFS because at the end of the adventure you don't need to worry about fixing anything!

We will do a 20 PB but lets not limit ourselves to PFS legal, just no 3PP stuff.

off the top of my head:

human invulnerable rager barbarian 12 / two-handed fighter 8
(BARB 12 / FGT 8)

STR: 17 (7+2), DEX: 14 (5), CON: 14 (5), INT: 14 (5), WIS: 10, CHA: 8 (-2)

traits: ??? / ???

rage powers:
2 - superstition
4 - witch hunter
6 - lesser beast totem
8 - beast totem
10 - greater beast totem
12 - strength surge

feats:
1 - power attack, exotic weapon proficiency (piston maul)
3 - extra rage power (reckless abandon)
5 - improved sunder
7 - extra rage power (spell sunder)
9 - combat reflexes
11 - extra rage power (auspicious mark)
13 - extra rage power (come and get me), weapon focus (piston maul)*
14 - greater sunder*
15 - dazing assault
16 - weapon specialization (piston maul)*
17 - ???
18 - ???*
19 - ???
20 - greater weapon focus (piston maul)*

* - must be combat feat

.
wield a(n adamantine +5 furious courageous ghost-touch) piston maul for the sweet sunder bonus damage--and it's a freaking pile-bunker hammer, what's not to love? keep a satchel of thunderstones around to power it.

auspicious mark + strength surge + (spell) sunder will bisect pretty much anything in front of you.

human FCB on superstition makes you stupid-hard to hit with magic, DR and con bonus from barbarian/rage makes you stupid-hard to drop with regular damage.

Sovereign Court

You may be better off going half-orc. They get an alternate racial trait which gives +2 to sunder. (gatecrasher I believe) And I'd probably start the strength at 18.

and they can take the human FCB as well (due to having the human subtype), so my build idea above works fine (just lose EWP and wield a lucerne hammer+spiked gauntlet or something instead)

Scarab Sages

Martial Artist Monks and Steel-breaker Brawlers both get exploit weakness, which lets you ignore hardness and gives you a +2 to your check.

Lucerne hammers are a nice non-exotic weapon that have a large damage die and give a +2 to sunder armor.

I'd go half-orc barbarian. They have an awesome feat from the ACG called Destroyer's Blessing that lets you regenerate rounds of Rage, and in some cases HP as well, when you sunder something.

Plus, barbs have the rage powers Smasher, which lets you ignore hardness when sundering once per rage, and Strength Surge, which lets you add your barb level to your sunder check once per rage. If you want to get crazy, there's the breaker archetype as well, which lets you add half your barb level to damage rolls when sundering.

Finally, when building a sunder monkey, don't underestimate the shatterspike. It's really cheap (4315gp), and acts as a +4 longsword when sundering opponents' weapons. It's a really good way to damage high enhancement bonus weaponry before you can afford it yourself.
