S&S Character Add-On Cards in Raiders of the Fever Sea Box

Hello,

My Order 3228706 arrived yesterday. When I opened the S&S Adv. 2 box I found two packs of S&S CA-O cards inside. I had just previously opened the Add-On deck so noticed immediately. In the front of one pack is Damiel and the other, Fireblade, each with a C deck marker (I did not open them to check every card). All other boxes (the Add-On and Class Decks) and promos were fine.

Curiously (coincidentally?), the Raiders of the Fever Sea was the only box without a circle sticker on it.

How can I get this fixed, and what should I do with these cards?

Hey Guys,

Sorry to hear that, but sometimes mistakes like this happen when projects are printed at the same time. Our Paizo CS will take care of getting out replacement decks to you guys. Just keep those decks for spare parts or whatnot.

Just got off the phone with CS, said they'd send me a new one.

Second time I've called Paizo and both times they picked up the phone immediately!

I emailed customer service a couple days ago about the same issue (Order 3283390) so I suppose I just need to wait now until they fight their way though the back log :)

A replacement order has been set up and you should get an email confirming the order information.
