Like I said it's fine for the regular bloodrager because:
Bloodrage counts as the barbarian's rage class feature for the purpose of feat prerequisites, feat abilities, magic item abilities, and spell effects.
But primalist bloodrager can't take extra rage because of this:
This ability does not count as the rage power class feature for determining feat prerequisites and other requirements.
Something most people seems to ignore anytime they mention how great the primalist archetype is...it's a rather big loss in my opinion to not be able to take any of the rage related feats.

As I read it, the primalist can't take the Extra Rage Power feat. He can still take the Extra Rage feat, to get more rounds of rage.

This. The primalist can take feats the have Rage as a requirement, he cant take feats that have Rage Powers as a requirement. Of which, only Extra Rage Power is the one you will miss.

The Bloodrager's Bloodrage has the following statement:
Bloodrage counts as the barbarian's rage class feature for the purpose of feat prerequisites, feat abilities, magic item abilities, and spell effects.
So yes, any feat that has the rage class feature can be taken by the Bloodrager. The Primalist gets this as well because the only thing Primalist is giving the option to swap out bloodline powers with rage powers. Extra Rage Power requires the Rage Power class feature, therefore it cannot be taken by Bloodragers or Primalists (which is clarified in the Primalist's section at the end).
