Hello,
For some odd reason you guys determined that I should get two separate shipments for this month. Both boxes "shipped" a while ago, but only one of them arrived today. Unfortunately, it was the box that contained Adventure Path 2 and the promos. The other box, which I assume contain the Class Add-on Deck, did not arrive today. This means it's another weekend without being able to really play the game. Ridiculous. Absolutely asinine.
You guys use the excuse of shipping once a month to put all the items together in one shipment. Then how did this happen!? There was plenty of room in the first box to stick the Class Add-on Deck in there.
I've always sang the praises of your company to all that will listen, but this is just the mother of all flustercucks.

Mine is a similar problem. The order page shows the Character Add On deck within the same shipment as the AP 2 deck and promos. To my disappointment the Character Add On deck was not included in the shipment.
I am confident they'll get this sorted out as quickly as they can, but I can't help but feel disappointed and slightly frustrated.

I don't know if there's some computer glitch but barring that, it's relatively common to split orders into multiple packages. Paizo's computer does that based on minimising shipping costs (which is what most people seem to care about).
Because shipping is weight based as well as volume based, sometimes it works out cheaper to send two packages, even though everything would fit in one box.
As I say, it might have been a glitch since things have been so screwy of late (especially with PACG items?) but as a general rule, if an order is split, it's because that has worked out as costing you less.

yeah not sure. I tend to get odd shipments but it has been pretty good usually.. i think they have been swamped since before Christmas last year. i think there seriously understaffed or something. if i email costumer service i rarely get a reply or it will be a week or so. i just got 2 books from subscription sent out but none of my back order items added 4 weeks prior. was a bit disappointed with that. problem is i cant change my setting back to ship as soon as possible either. just hope there not out of stock by the time my order is sent.
anyway hope you guys get it sorted soon.

Deslow, I'm sorry that you're unhappy with how your items shipped this month and for any inconvenience that may have caused. This was an automated decision done by the computer system when setting up the order. For some reason, it determined that this was the most efficient and cheapest way to ship things.
