Hello, my AP subscription book was said to have shipped last Friday and the order is said it's "complete", but I neither have the package nor can I track it with the provided tracking number. I just wish to know if my book is on it's way and that everything I need to do is set.

From what I can tell, it looks like your order was processed for shipping on the 19th. Specifically, the shipping label was printed, but more than that, I cannot tell at this point.
The warehouse processes things in waves, and processes a lot during this time of the month, so it is difficult to pinpoint where any given order is at in processing or if it has left the warehouse yet. This is why the confirmation email says that it should leave the warehouse by the 26th.
Additionally, sometimes the Mail Innovations tracking information can take a little longer to update once it does leave the warehouse.
This means that everything on your side is good and your order should be good to go, it just may not have quite made it all the way through processing yet. You should see a tracking update by the 26th or so, if not sooner.
