Mythic Dual Path at 10th Tier

Rules Questions

If a mythic character should choose the Dual Path feat, for example Champion and Archmage, when said character reaches 10th tier, is it considered to be Legendary Champion/True Archmage and receive the benefits of both titles?

I would say no.

It states you gain the 1st Tier Path ability, and choose between the two when chosen normal path abilities. Things like True Archmage are not 1st tier and are not path abilities that can be chosen. They have their own listing in the chart of Tier abilities.

While I tend to agree with you, the RAI leaves a lot of ambiguity. And while it is very possible that I will never have a 10th tier Mythic character, it would be nice to know exactly how that is supposed to be resolved.

You still pick one path to get the primary benefits of, and it doesn't say you also get the 10th-tier benefit, it just says you get the 1st-tier benefit, so I'd say pretty definitely no. You have a primary path determining your hit points per tier and such.
