So looking at this trait i was curious if it would allow you to also have access to "racial Favored Class Bonuses" and also "Racial Archetypes & Alternate Class Features" anyone know if its possible?
Say I made an elf with the adopted trait and was adopted by Ifrits, would my elf be able to take the racial archetype Immolator (Inquisitor; Ifrit) for the Inquisitor?

No.
The Adopted trait, allows to pick one Race Trait.
Everyone gets Racial Traits, and Race Traits confused.
You do not count as your Adopted parent race, for anything, at all.

The Racial Heritage feat is more in line with what you want, though it's limited. You have to qualify as Human to take it (Half-elf and Half-orc qualify), and you can only select another Humanoid race (Ifrits are Outsiders).
But, just to confirm what BBT was saying, no, the Adopted Trait only gives you access to another Race Trait.

If you had a kind GM, however, you could play an Ifrit and adopt the Scion of Humanity alternative racial trait from the Aasimar (allowing you to be treated as a Human) and then take the Racial Heritage feat available to Humans so you could be treated as an Elf as well. That way you could give yourself Elf-like cosmetic traits while still having access to Ifrit stuff.
Unfortunately, RAW, you are sort of out of luck.

Or, if you want a more direct approach, ask your GM to import both Scion of Humanity from Aasimar to Ifrit and also use the "non-human variant" rules to say you have an Ifrit born of Elves and then say that Scion of Humanity for him would be Scion of Elfkind. Bing bang boom, you've got an Ifrit that counts as an Elf (ie, is immune to ghoul paralysis, can take Elf feats, FCB, etc.).

Say I made an elf with the adopted trait and was adopted by Ifrits,
Then wouldn't your elf be mostly human?
Ifrits are most often born into human communities, and rarely form societies of their own.
The "Blood of" books explain non-human Aasimar and Tiefling. They can be born to any humanoid parents. So perhaps it is the same for an ifrit and one could be born from elves.
Also, my interpretation is that the ifrit archetype comes as much from the blood as the training, and shouldn't be open to a non-ifrit regardless of how they were raised. Of course, that is simply my take on it.
