Sharaya, I just got an email about authorizing and shipping another AP volume. Any chance you could check on the status here and (maybe) prevent that charge / shipment?

I've given the zombie subscription an extra shot to the head, so it should be down for good now (which should also cancel the pending order). If anything seems amiss, please let us know!
