What is the wind speed of a creature such as an Air Elemental using its Whirlwind ability? How does it interact with Obscuring Mist and similar spells/effects?

There's no text in the rules I can find that specifically addresses this, but given that the whirlwind is strong enough to cause damage, I'd say it qualifies as a strong wind for purposes of spells like obscuring mist.

u want to know it's miles per hour? take the listed fly movement speed it gets per 6 seconds and multiply by ten to get its ft per minute, times 60 minutes per hour, divide by 5280 feet per mile.
