Errors in subscription and Gen Con pickup

According to the subscriptions page, I am supposed to be charged $101.50 for the following:

1x Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Skull & Shackles Character Add-On Deck, $15.99
1x Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Skull & Shackles Base Set, $47.99
1x Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Promo Card: Blessing of Zogmugot~
1x Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Promo Card: Owlbeartross~
1x Pathfinder Adventure Card Game—Skull & Shackles Adventure Deck 2: Raiders of the Fever Sea, $15.99

However, I paid for and picked up the base set and the character add-on deck at Gen Con so I dont need those items.

In addition, I didnt get any of the promos associated with those two subscription products at Gen Con, they said they would be sent later. Just making sure that is still true.
