It is a bug, which I believe is related to the character add-on deck being delayed until this month.
Place the items in your shopping cart, go through the whole process, click submit, and after it kicks you back to the shopping cart just contact customer service (a forum post is fine, but they do prefer a new thread for each request) and say "Please submit the subscription in my shopping cart for me." And they will take care of it.
