Pin Down and foruitous weapon enhancement

So, let's say I have a weapon with this enhancement, and a creature chooses to 5 ft step to provoke from me. I get my AoO from pindown and I hit, which deals no damage. May I make another AoO and make it an attack that acts normally such as replacing trip/disarm/sunder, or of course deals damage, instead of another Pin Down kind?

yes. Every AoO is diferent, you can d whatever you can/want with your AoOs.

Yes. The fortuitous attack is a regular attack of opportunity (at -5, of course).
