I have a quick question does the Warpriest just start using their level as BAB at level 3 where they get the Bonus Feats class feature or can they do it at level 1?
If it is the case can a Sacred Fist Warpriest still do this even though they don't get a bonus feat at 3rd level but it doesn't say it gets rid of the class feature?

Warpriests only treat their level as their BAB when qualifying for their bonus feats.
Also, according to the FAQ, you only count as having a class feature (such as this level/BAB ability) when you are actually of the requisite level, not simply because you took 1 level in a class.

Oh ok I must have skip over the part that it was only for bonus feats... well that sucks even more for the Warpriest.
Eh, you don't get power attack at lvl 1, but other than that, I haven't noticed any impact on my warpriest. Weapon Focus is given for free and helps with the lack of BAB as a general purpose. At lvl 6 you can use your bonus feat for Vital Strike (which would normally suck) which works out great for a warpriest as you can get it two levels earlier than you get your first iterative attack (lvl 5). And you can go up the Weapon of the Chosen feat chain and get to roll two dice whenever you do a single attack (a la Vital Strike).

My Warpriest got Improved Two-Weapon Fighting at 6th, and will get Greater Two-Weapon Fighting at 11th via the Human Favored Class Bonus. He's a Thunder & Fang wielder as well, and his damage output at level 6 is insane.
Warpriest wasn't really nerfed, IMO. Qualifying for bonus feats earlier than they could in the playtest was a boon, not a setback.
