Race Builder

Rules Questions

Hello, i create a new race with this sistem, but my GM has a dubt. I use this trait:
"Stalker (1 RP): Prerequisites: None; Benefit: Perception and Stealth are always class skills for members of this race."

http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/advancedRaceGuide/raceBuilder/racialTrai ts.html#feat-and-skill-racial-traits

My GM think this trait is for racial skills (the new race is outsiders) and when i will create my character with class level, without racial hit dice, it won't benefit from this trait. It's true?

The race would benefit from the trait, whether it uses racial HD or not. It just means that a Fighter would be able to consider Perception and Stealth as class skills so that he could get the potential bonus from it.

Your GM has the RAW wrong. It's just like the traits that do the exact same thing. for instance, look at

"Child of the Streets: You grew up on the streets of a large city, and as a result you have developed a knack for picking pockets and hiding small objects on your person. You gain a +1 trait bonus on Sleight of Hand checks, and Sleight of Hand is always a class skill for you." It just adds a class skill.

OR "Polyglot
Some halflings, especially those who spend a lot of time traveling, develop a talent for learning new languages. These halflings gain a +2 racial bonus on Linguistics checks, and it is always a class skill for them. Halflings with this racial trait also begin play with the ability to speak Common, Halfling, and any one other language of their choice (except for secret languages, such as Druidic) in addition to bonus languages due to high Intelligence. They still gain the normal list of halfling bonus languages. This racial trait replaces keen senses and alters the halfling language racial trait."

Thank you Fenny and graystone. I report to my GM.
