While raging, you gain two claw attacks. These attacks are considered primary attacks and are made at your full BAB. They deal 1d6 slashing damage if you are Medium-sized (1d4 if Small) plus Str modifier.
This seems like a fun thing to do (with the upgrades also being sweet)
But how do I interpret this? I usually fight with my Two handed Falchion. So Do i get two claw attacks + my Falchion attack, or can i only use it when unarmed?

If you use your Falchion your hands are used so you can't make claws. If you had a longsword in one hand you could claw with the other at BAB-5. or you can just uses claws for 2 attacks at full BAB.
