Hello,
Order 3252490 still pending. Order confirmation states USPS priority mail, which means I should have already received the order. However, 11 days later and your system still shows "order pending". I emailed customer support and have waited several days for a reply but no such luck.
Also, I don't see that you even charged my card. Are you guys still in business? What's going on? I placed several orders with other miniature companies same day and have already received all those orders.
Can you please reply to my email from a few days ago so I can determine what action to take? This is my third and last attempt to reach Paizo.

They are pretty busy right now (ConSeason, and all that), and they stated that their email-backlog was 1300-ish.
Did you receive a 'Your order has shipped' email yet?
If you ordered something like the Adventure Card game character add on deck, that item was not received from the printer and can be a reason why your order wasn't shipped yet, and why you haven't been charged yet.

No. The order was never shipped. I just ordered some minis. With all due respect, I'm looking for my order of minis, not excuses. That is bogus to charge someone for priority shipping 2 - 5 days but take several weeks or who knows how long to actually ship. Next time, I'll just order from Reaper or whomever directly and pay the full price. Can I get someone that actually works for the company instead of some guessing game customer of yours? Give me break already!

Your order contained miniatures that we did not have in stock (hence the "ships from our warehouse" dates listed on the product pages of 2-14 or 5-11 business days). I was traveling back from GenCon, and did not arrive back in the office until the 19th. I placed an order with Reaper on the same day that I got back in the office, and we are still waiting on that supply shipment to arrive (we are on day 9 of 14 from our listed estimate on the product page). We do not charge your card until your order ships, which we can't because we haven't received the product yet.
As Franz mentioned, Customer Service is very backed up right now, and they are working long hours to get everybody's requests handled in as quick and efficient manner as possible. Your patience is appreciated!

Hello Kris,
As Liz explained above, some of the miniatures from your order are in transit to our warehouse currently. If you would like to wait for them to arrive, the order should be ready to go once we receive all of them. Alternately, I could move the delayed minis to a new order to be shipped separately.
Please let me know what you would prefer and I will get it taken care of as quickly as I can.
