No. The order was never shipped. I just ordered some minis. With all due respect, I'm looking for my order of minis, not excuses. That is bogus to charge someone for priority shipping 2 - 5 days but take several weeks or who knows how long to actually ship. Next time, I'll just order from Reaper or whomever directly and pay the full price. Can I get someone that actually works for the company instead of some guessing game customer of yours? Give me break already!


I'm having the same problem. Paizo doesn't fulfill orders, they don't contact customers if there is a delay. They don't even respond to email requests about order status. I don't know.. sounds like I should have ordered from elsewhere. This is ridiculous. And a friend of mine even warned me not to order from Paizo in advance but I didn't listen. Really dissappointing. 1980 called. They want their 6 - 8 weeks for delivery back.

Order 3252490 still pending. Order confirmation states USPS priority mail, which means I should have already received the order. However, 11 days later and your system still shows "order pending". I emailed customer support and have waited several days for a reply but no such luck.

Also, I don't see that you even charged my card. Are you guys still in business? What's going on? I placed several orders with other miniature companies same day and have already received all those orders.

Can you please reply to my email from a few days ago so I can determine what action to take? This is my third and last attempt to reach Paizo.
