My order #3227630 is listed as "Complete" and states that it was billed and shipped on August 7. I've verified that my credit card was billed on August 8.
The problem is that it never seems to have shipped.
UPS tracking states :
"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."
And it's definitely not shown up here.

And I guess I should also point out that it has been showing as "Complete" for over a week now.

From reading the forums, there are at least 4 other people with the same issue as me. Order has been paid for and "shipped" and listed as complete for about 2 weeks, but it hasn't been seen by UPS. What can we do to find out when it will actually ship?
Same issue here. However I did get an email stating:
"A package containing 7 items from Paizo Order #3225896 is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Friday, August 22 via UPS Ground, estimated 5 business days in transit."
That's friday. Fingers Crossed.
