... actually, despite the lyrical title, I seem to be unable to check out, either.

From my Shopping Cart...

- I choose "Proceed to Check Out"

- I check my Shopping Cart, Shipping, Payment Method (it gave me a hassle here, too, but ultimately accepted my new card... which was just my old card plus updated date)

- I Confirm Order

- I enter my verification number

... and the screen updates, like it's going to show me my receipt, but... it doesn't. It just brings me back to my Shopping Cart again.

Kind of hard to get the stuff for my wife's birthday without the ability to get the stuff for my wife's birthday!

... and I'd kind of like to do that, you know? ;D

Anyway, thanks! I appreciate all you guys do!

EDIT: I've attempted to check out several times - somewhere between three and six, I think. So, on that note, I'd really not like to pay however many times, just in case the order did go through. While Paizo's stuff is awesome, once is enough. (Also, there are a few third-party things. :D)

I don't believe they have, however, as nothing has shown up in my downloads.

This is related to a bug. Customer Service is trying to find a way to work around it for your order. I'll update you as soon as I have more information. Things are being a little finicky, and I have to wait for something to update, but I should have more information for you within the next couple of hours. *fingers crossed*

EDIT: So, as it turns out, I got it, like, immediately after submitting this post (which took quite some time to finish submitting, so I only got to edit it right now. In other words: yes, I'm a jerk and a moron! Hurray!

So! It's actually A-okay to discuss present items on the forum - by now she knows (it's a large enough purchase I cleared several of the items with her), so thanks!

I had a similar issue a couple of days ago when trying to order the ACG; I got up to the page where I had to select my payment method (the second step), but it gave me no way to continue through checkout.

I did a refresh of the page and it took me to the third step, though - so no dramas.


I have had a similar problem since July. It won't let me complete a purchase until I give a shipping address. But it won't let me add a shipping address.

Paizo has missed out on two sales so far because their shopping cart doesn't work anymore.
