From extra rogue talent: "Prerequisite: Rogue talent class feature."
One of slayer's options for "Slayer talents" is called exactly "Rogue talent".
If a slayer take a Rogue talent (it has a restricted list of rogue choices), can he take the feat "Extra rogue talent" and choose from rogue's full list?
I'd guess yes, but i'm not 100% sure because it's a class feature (rogue talent) vs a subset (rogue talent) of a class feature (slayer talent)

Unlike Alternate classes, the new hybrid classes are not archetypes, they are completely separate classes with their own unique features (you can even multiclass with the "parent" classes, which has previously been impossible). I'd rule they can take it in one of my games, but it would be considered a homerule. Officially NO, you do not possess the requisite class feature.

You are confusing a class feature with a sub category of said feature. A class feature, such as rogue talent, slayer talent, ninja trick, rage power, or magus arcana is a whole class feature all together, within that feature, you are granted multiple "abilities" that come at specific times in character progression. The abilities that you can get come from a list outlined withing the class feature its self. So the slayers one and only class feature of thus type, is called "slayer talents". Each ability you get within that class feature is a talent (no plural).
When you pick the rogue talent talent as a slayer talent, all its letting you do is chose one option from a different list. It doesn't grant you an entirely new class feature.
