I ordered an UltraPro playmat and it did not get processed with the PACG subscription. The playmat is still just saying pending.

It looks like these were processed separately, because they were submitted as separate orders, rather than the play mat being submitted to the sidecart to ship with your subscription order.

It is too late to combine them. In any case, the Play Mat would have likely shipping in a separate package anyway, based on it's irregular size and dimensions. Pending (with no other messages) typically means that an order is fine, it just has not has a chance to be processed yet. It looks like all is well, and it should ship as soon as the warehouse gets to it.

Because this is such a large shipping month (and because of how subscriptions are processed anyway) we cannot pinpoint exactly when any order will ship. You should get a shipping update when it has been processed.

For future reference, if you want to add items to the sidecart to ship with a subscription order, please take the following steps:

From the shopping cart, hit the "Proceed to Checkout" button
This should bring you to a section with different numbered buttons that you can click on.
Click on "Step 2 - Shipping"
Click the button that says "Change Shipping Details"
This should should bring you to a page the will display all available shipping options and methods for the order at the time is it being placed.
