Hello! Charm character wanted

Advice

As Stated, working on a new character. Want to make something that specializes in charming and turning over the enemy under my control. Any thoughts on the best way to go about this? PFS legal also, please.

Silver Crusade

Kitsune crossblooded sorceror fey/infernal, serpentine/impossible etc.

If you get the boon or wait until they're legal, a kitsune sorcerer with the fey bloodline specializing in enchantment is very effective. I believe there are metamagic feats to have mind-affecting spells apply to constructs, undead, and vermin. The fey kitsune sorceress is rather cliched at this point, though, so your PFS party may not love you. Not too much of a problem with some good characterization, though.

Enchantment is by far a larger spell portfolio, but if you want to be able to do so without spells, You could look into a diplomancer sorcerer.

Human Varisian (tattooed) Sorcerer (fey or infernal) or you could cross-blood to enchant on creatures normally immune, w/e
Shoot for 20 Cha, 18 or 19 still works fine.

Take one rank in diplomacy at Lv 1 +1 dip
Traits: Extremely Fashionable +1 dip (class skill) (+1 bluff and Intimidate)
Human Features:
Trade Skilled for Silver Tongued +2 dip (+2 bluff)
Trade Bonus feat for Focused Study: Skill Focus (Diplomacy) +3 dip

Feat: Persuasive by 10th level but I'll include it +2 dip (+2 intimidate)

You have Tattoo Familiar so take:
Familiar: Thrush +3 dip

Diplomacy: 5+1+1+3+2+3+2+3=+20

Add 3 for a circlet of Persuasion eventually
at 10th, you have +9 from ranks, and and additional +5 from SF and Persuasive for another 17, so +37 total.

DC to improve a hostile character's attitude is 25+cha. you can go up 3 steps with Silver Tongued with a DC 35+cha. So at 10th you can do that almost automatically, and Level one only takes a 15+target's cha.

"Gimme ten minutes alone with the prisoner" Prisoner comes out your friend.

Grand Lodge

Crossblooded fey/serpentine bloodline. Kitsune.

If you want to dip 2 levels of dirge bard you can affect undead with your charms as well. Not needed but it is nice.
