This says its still pending in my account was wondering why. Also i recently updated my email address on your site since my old one is unaccessible. So if an email was sent to me about it I would not have gotten it.
It looks like most of the items on the order are ready to ship, but we are waiting on a couple things to come in from distributors:

Pathfinder Miniatures: Aglanda, Herald of Razmir (should be here anytime)
Additionally, please note that our current product availability for some of items on your order is 2 to 14 business days (this information is in the product description for items). We are currently on the 10th business day from the order being submitted.

i did see i had an item with an 11 day wait, thought that had past, I guess im a bit to excited for getting the miniatures. Thanks for the quick response.
I just made anouther order, #3212839 so if your still waiting on some of the mini's you could ship the Deep Magic book with them.
Looking at this, it appears that the Deep Magic book is actually ready to ship anytime. Some minis are still delaying things. I have moved the Deep Magic book to the pending order to minimize shipping costs and maximize the shipping discount. I have moved 2 minis off to their own order, so they are no longer holding up the rest of the order.
You should get two emails confirming the updated order information. If we can help with anything else, or have any questions, please let me know.

I just received this order today and it seems you guys mailed me Ultimate psionics instead of deep magic.
Yikes! I'm sorry to hear that! I've set up a replacement order for the Deep Magic book. As the Ultimate Psionics book is made by a third party publisher, we will need to have you send that back. The replacement order will include a return UPS shipping label for the Ultimate Psionics book. Please put that back in the box, and seal it up, put the return label on the outside (preferably over the old label) and send it back our way.
OK will do once I receive it.
