Hello Paizo folks,

I have received confirmation that I have been charged for Order 3222925, my PACG subscription.

I also placed Order 3209313 and Order 3208294 to preorder the play mats and the class decks. So far, those do not appear to have been charged. Could you take a look at this to make sure they are sent along with the subscription?

I just got the email, and thank you!

I just want to confirm that the shipping is USPS Priority mail. It looks like it was incorrectly changed to UPS.

And one last question, sorry.

It looks like the character mats are still on pre-order. Will their inclusion delay shipping? If so, is it possible to ship them separately (understanding that that would also have additional shipping charges).

It looks like the system automatically changed the shipping to what would be the cheapest, in this case. I have changed it back to USPS Priority. You should get a new email.

We anticipate having the game mats into the warehouse sometime next week, so subscription orders that have those add should still be able to ship within our estimated shipping subscription time frame for this month (which is currently that we will have all subscription orders shipped out by August 22nd).
