With all the shuffling of the PAC character decks, I wanted first to thank you for sorting out what will be shipped soon, and what will go in the sidecart fo a future shipment.

It also seems to have set the shipping (incorrectly) back to UPS. Could you take a look at it and return it to the correct USPS Priority Mail?

Thank you for your help in what must be a very chaotic month.

And one last question, sorry.

It looks like the character mats are still on pre-order. Will their inclusion delay shipping? If so, is it possible to ship them separately (understanding that that would also have additional shipping charges).

I just want to confirm that the shipping is USPS Priority mail. It looks like it was incorrectly changed to UPS.

I have received confirmation that I have been charged for Order 3222925, my PACG subscription.

I also placed Order 3209313 and Order 3208294 to preorder the play mats and the class decks. So far, those do not appear to have been charged. Could you take a look at this to make sure they are sent along with the subscription?
