Hi Paizo customer service people.
I was wondering what was happening with this order? I have sent a couple of emails about this and have gotten no response as of yet, and looking at the order in my account, the authorization expires on tuesday.
Is there something that I should know about it?

Hi Scott,
I'm sorry that we have not be able to respond to your emails yet. We've been getting a much higher than normal volume of emails over the last several weeks, and it's still taking us time to work though everything. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
It looks like it took some time for us to find sources/distributors to get a total of three of the books that you ordered from. However, it looks like everything has made it the warehouse at this time, and your order is actually currently on a packing list to be picked by the warehouse, so it should be shipping in the near future.
