Kingdom Building Expansion?

Running a game with the Kingdom building rules from Ultimate campaign--

Are there are 3rd party products out there expanding on these worth having?

I know Jon Brazer Enterprises has one, but I think it was between Kingmaker and Ultimate Campaign so any suggestion of how useful it is in the current rules, or any other products which are worth checking out for support in this kind of game.

There have been several Wayfinder articles that have expanded on the Kingdom building and Mass Combat rules. I don't recall issue numbers offhand (though I know the Cheliax issue- #10- had something.)

Check out Ultimate Rulership, Ultimate Battle and (coming soon™) Ultimate War by Legendary Games.

URule is as close to a required supplement that you're ever going to see - new edicts, changes to existing edicts, new buildings, settlement enhancements, a huge list of titles for rulers, a revised population calculation, and more.

UBat does the same thing for the mass combat rules, and UWar is set to expand the battlefield to truly account for the variety you get in a fantasy setting, including aerial combat, naval combat, and more that I can't remember right now.

I'll second the Ultimate Rulership plug, it's very nice. I also have the Jon Brazer one, and while it did release between the AP and UC, it has it's own list if things you can mine for additional options to add to your lists of things that were not in other products. (I'm a bit completionist, i took 'em all and made my own master lists)

Another vote for Ultimate Rulership. I don't think I can picture a running or playing a Kingdom Building campaign without it.

Thanks, I will check those out; if anyone has more suggestions, by all means. . .

I need the stats for a Sahuagin army. . . my party is either going to merge with a small Sahuagin kingdom if one of the PCs will marry their mutant queen, or there will be war, so either way I'm gonna have to stat up an army of nasty fish-- are sahuagin in Ultimate Battle by chance?

Don't have the book to hand, but it's really easy to convert standard monsters into armies:

Medium Army of Sahuagin (ACR 2)
Hp: 11
OM: +2
DV: 12
Consumption: 3
Resources: Ranged Weapons
Special: Aquatic, Blood Frenzy*

Blood Frenzy: Once per day after the army has lost hit points, it may gain +1 OM and -1 DV for one battle phase.

They'd be a bit different in UBat, but I don't have it to convert over. The biggest difference would a change to ACR (and thus OM and DV).

Edit: hah, got a copy of UBat on my phone.

Sahuagin Battalion (ACR 8)
Hp: 44
OM: +8
DV: 18
Consumption: 9

Consumption 9 is gigantic eep!

I know the KM subforum had a big player-made combat overhaul. You can probably find all kinds of unofficial supplementals in there.

You can add in a 'me too' vote for Ultimate Rulership and Ultimate Battle.

If you are looking to stat up armies, then Ultimate Battle is the obvious addition to the above suggestions of Ultimate Rulership. You'll find it useful.

I think armies are going to come a bit later; the are still very small kingdom, and paying consumption on much in the way of armies would likely bankrupt them right now.
