Simple question, but for ranged and melee weapons, and I'm thinking about AoO ranges, not simply attack action ranges.
The best I can do:
Melee: Elemental Body IV (Huge Size), Fluid Form(+10 feet), and a standard reach weapon = 15-40ft attack area.
Ranged: Zen Archer with Elemental Body IV, Fluid Form, and Pliant Gloves (+5 ft), for a total range of 30 ft.
Is there anything I'm missing? Any way to increase the amount of squares I threaten?

For a nearly everyone the most common situation for the AoO range is 20 feet if you have a natural attack like bite and a reach weapon while under the effects of enlarge person. Lunge puts your attacking reach to 25 but, as pointed out, goes away at the end of your turn.
Pliant Gloves give an extra 5 feet to reach but gives a -2 penalty to one-handed attacks and -4 to two handed attacks.
Longarm Bracers also gives an extra 5 feet to reach and a -4 penalty to attacks, or no penalty if you are using a natural weapon.
Not sure if the two items stack, but if they did and I was using a two-handed reach weapons I would suffer a -8 penalty to attack. Frankly that is too steep a price for a longer reach.
Elemental body and fluid form are both personal spells, though if your alchemist has the infusion discovery any character would be able to use them. Not all parties will have an alchemist.
So I guess even a fighter with an alchemist in his party could get up to 45 feet of reach. That is 15 from huge if he has a natural attack not reliant on hands (for example bite,) another 15 from a reach weapon (creatures larger than medium using reach weapons attack up to double their natural reach,) 5 from fluid form, 10 from pliant gloves and longarm bracers.
