Sorry to be a bother, but I received two emails regarding this subscription order. The first was my shipping notification, and I can confirm that the subscription downloads are in my account, and appear to be downloading just fine.
The second was a notification that there was a "Transaction Declined" error for that same order, and that I needed to check and fix my credit card details to make sure that I didn't end up with my order and comic subscription cancelled.
It's still too soon at the time of posting for my bank to be displaying the credit card transaction on my statement to confirm it's gone through at their end, but it seems there's something funny going on. One of the mutually contradictory emails I received has to be wrong after all.
I've updated my billing address in the light of the second email. Is there anything else I need to do at my end to make sure everything's OK?

This did actually ship, so the shipping notification email is correct.
It looks like what happened is that our credit card processor timed out when the warehouse tried to ship this the first time, which resulted in the declined message. It appears it was able to go successfully on the 2nd attempt.
