Advice

So I need a way to fill out the final two levels of my gestalt character, which is as follows:

Primal Host 20 (a 3rd-party class, suffice it to say that it gives me several natural attacks and some other miscellaneous bonuses)
Thug Rogue 3 (for Brutal Beating and extended shaken length)
Knight of the Sepulchur Antipaladin 15 (for immunity to fatigue and defensive abilities, in addition to Smite Good and Cruelties)

As is evidenced by the Antipaladin levels, this is an evil character, current LE, though he'll shift over to CE by the time he starts Antipaladin.

So basically, what would be the best 2 level dip for a natural attack focused Intimidate build?

hmm. why not more antipaladin? good BAB/saves, and they get something at 17th iirc.

grab PA/cornugon smash/furious focus/dreadful carnage and intimidating prowess for lots of free intimidate opportunities (shatter defenses is nice too, but that's a lot of feats to grab), tack on ominous+cruel (weapon enhancement to intimidate, whenever you hit a shaken/frightened/etc. enemy they become sickened as well) on your weapon of choice, and make sure you have the unnatural presence trait (that lets you intimidate animals/vermin as normal)

order of the cockatrice cavalier (or samurai for resolve) 2 synergizes with dazzling display (and gives it free), letting you work at shatter defenses with the above rather nicely.

tacking on fear+sickened whenever you smack someone is great, especially since it makes them super-weak to debuffing/SoS/SoL spells due to the save drops the statuses cause (on top of one your auras doing so too iirc).

I think I'll have sufficient Intimidate without tagging Ominous onto my limited AoMF, though I will tag on Cruel since it means I can potentially take just one level of Thug Rogue, since Brutal Beating is no longer needed in that case. Unnatural Presence is fairly meh, since vermin and animals I can just kill. Probably the highest DC will be something around 45, so I'll do some math around that as well. Cavalier might be worth looking into if I get free Dazzling Display.

Dazzling Display isn't worth it unless you can bring the action cost down to Swift or Free. At that level you'll have Dreadful Carnage anyways, which is the same thing, only a free action when you get a killing blow.

Since it's already Gestalt with Third Party material, ask your DM about the 3.5 feat Imperious Command, which will save you from having to take even one Rogue level.

i advised dazzling display as a prereq for shatter defenses, not to actually USE (cornugon and dreadful carnage cover that more than well enough). getting it for free from cav is just a nice way of getting it without more feat-taxing.

shatter defenses is a very nice feat to have for people slinging intimidate around, since it makes their targets much easier to kill

Antipaladin 17 wouldn't give me anything great. I already get 6 DR/- from Primal Host, which is strictly better than the DR I would get from KotS. Dazzling Display can also be useful for before you grab Cornugon Smash, as it's the bet way to intimidate a group. Shatter Defenses is also pretty nice.

So with these edits in mind, my progression now looks like... (taken from left to right)

Primal Host 20 || Thug Rogue 1/OoTC Cavalier 2/KotS Antipaladin 15

leaving me with (again) two levels...

How are you doing for feats? Three levels of Horizon Walker (requires Endurance) plus Dimensional Agility + Assault + Dervish could be a worthwhile investment. Teleport next to the enemy and full attack on turn one.

If you can spare two more feats, Dimensional Savant + Outflank means that on your teleporting full attacks you flank with yourself, raise your flanking bonus to +4, and give yourself an attack of opportunity whenever you crit - You count as your own ally, after all.

Turns out I have enough feats to make that work, and that feat tree happens to be one of my favourites! (Just enough feats to make it work though, so I might try out something else in place of that. I'll just need to grab 1 level of something in addition to Horizon Walker, and it'll turn out nicely.)

Turns progression into (potentially) Thug Rogue 1/KotS Antipaladin 15(?)/Horizon Walker 3/??? 1

for the last level: not a clue. fighter for feats maybe? barbarian for rage? alchemist for mutagens? another thug level for SA and a rogue talent?
