I just read the product description and Endzeitgeist's review. So this is a collection of converted OGL monsters and a few new ones?
Is the barrow wight derived from the one in Penumbra Fantasy Bestiary? Anything else from PFB?
Do you have a list of the monsters in the book you are willing to post?
Do you have a list of the OGL sources things were converted from?
I think our barrow wight came from the Tome of Horrors. We started this book a long, long time ago basically just after we finished Forgotten Foes for Tricky Owlbear Publishing.
I wrote a bit about the product's origin on my blog yesterday.
Mostly its a converted monster book like Forgotten Foes before it but there are a good number of new monsters in there as well. I am very familiar with the Penumbra Fantasy Bestiary and we did convert a number of them although with revised backgrounds because the backgrounds were not open game content. I believe several of the jewel golems, the glaistig, and njuzu made it into Monsters of Porphyra. There will be several more monsters from the PFB in Monsters of Porphyra II.
