Okay, so I'm just now finishing up book 1 and the monster problem I have is that the book does not give the statistics of the monsters and they aren't in the PFSRD20 either. I replace them with monsters of equal CR, and of the same type if possible, but I'm not sure how relevant using the right kinds of monsters is to the AP.
The book says, look in this book. I don't have money to spend on several monster manuals, so I look at the PFRSD20 and try to find it if they have it, or sometimes they do post the stats in the book itself.

Try here. It has the Bestiaries and the stats for all the Mummy's Mask monsters that aren't in the book.
Edit: Ninjaed, that might help.
They are dead now, but I replaced necrophidius with zombies of some kind.
caryatid columns with ghouls of some kind were replaced.
I don't remember, but I believe I replaced Ahkhat with something.
I read the story off to the players, but not sure how badly the story will end up not making sense for using the wrong ones.
Anyway, I'm about to start book 2 as the players are fighting the last battle with the hand.

Ahkhat is in the bestiary section in the back of the adventure.
