Feats that advance

[Outlander]

Hey folks -

Several months back I saw a book for sale on RPGnow that was essentially feats that gain in power as the character advances.

Now for the life of me I can no longer find it. Then again I was stupid and did not bother writing the name of the product down.

Anyone here able to help me by giving me either a name or the company that produced the book?

Feats Reforged I and II

I'm a ridiculous shill but I've been helping with TPKs effort to expand the reforged line to include classes. The first two are here. I believe Ranger is forthcoming. It's neat stuff.

while it isn't the focus of the book, in Kobold Press' New Path Compendium there are "scaling combat feats" - so you get 2 weapon fighter, and then when you BAB gets high enough you get improved 2 WF and so on.

It's only 3 or 4 pages of the content, so the price would be too high for just that - but the book has a lot of fantastic content.
