This sounds like it may be a new-ish bug that has popped up.
If you would like to email us some screen shots of what you're seeing, that could be super helpful, and we can pass them along to the tech team to give them more information.
In the meantime, we can add payment methods from our side of the system if you would like to call when the phone lines are open (Monday through Friday, from 10am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time, at 425-250-0800).
Alternatively, if you would like to email (customer.service@paizo.com) us the last 4 digits of your preferred payment method, we can double check to see if it made it into the system, and just isn't "sticking" in the preferred are all the way.
