Ok, I was thinking of an idea for a aasimar lunar oracle and their pet.
I would start the first 2 levels of a lunar oracle and then level in the evangelist prestige class. Mostly to get the twin fang option. The favor classed class for the first couple of levels should keep the pet to level from the lose of the first evangelist level
Then by 11th level get some bow feats to take advantage of the 3rd boon
DOes anyone else have some advice on this?

I kind of see where you're coming from but every time I tried to crunch a design like that I just gave up...
You get to add Wis to attack and Damage earliest at level 12...which is three adventures in PFS unless you play one of the rare ones that goes above. Then you're also MAD because of the stats you need...Cha for your spells, Dex for ranged attack, Str for damage, Wis for your extra to-hit and damage at high levels, and Con because you don't want to die. Really the only stat you can drop is Int, and then your skills aren't good.
S 14 (5)
D 14 (5)
C 12 (2)
I 7 (-4)
W 16 (5) +1 @ 8 & 12
C 17 (7) +1 @ 4
You get two skill points / level, and your Cha and Wis at 12 are 18 each. If you play the seeker campaign you're basically forced to bump Cha at 16 or else not get 9th level spells.
And for all that, and investing in a +4 item to buff your Wis, you're getting +6 to-hit and +6 to damage per shot...and basically forces you to take the bow feats:
1) Celestial Servant
3) Divine Obedience
5) Point-Blank Shot
7) Precise shot
9) Deadly Aim
11) Rapid Shot

I would seriously drop the wisdom to damage part and the concept of ranged attacking. Stay an extra level or so in the lunar oracle class and you can get Cha to AC and reflex saves ignoring the need for dex if you drop the ranged concept. Then you really only need to focus on Str, Con, and Cha. Also Half-Elves get the same FCB as Aasimar due to their elf blood(they can choose the elf fcb) and they get the awesome paragon surge spell. Which is probably overall more powerful than the evangelist boons or being an aasimar.

That way is stronger, but it isn't an evangelist anymore...
My way is really the only way to build an oracle / evangelist for PFS that's going to be relevant as an archer...and you're mediocre at that for most of your career.
You use a trick to get into evangelist after 3 levels of Oracle (you have to have vanilla aasimar because daylight is a 3rd level spell) but you're wasting a feat on Divine Obedience and three levels of Kno: Rel to qualify for it. Then you waste a level of casting when you're already the worst full caster in the game. THEN, you start building your archery.
Really, the only things that save you from total irrelevancy at the lower levels are the fact that you can heal, and your pet tiger (which is incredible IF Aligned Class lets you use the favored-class bonuses from the aligned class).
At 12, you're rocking with a bow but there are better archers, and you're still tossing around level 5's while all the other full-casters have level 6's...

What's the point of doing a Mystic Theurge when you're a worse arcane spellcaster and also a worse divine spellcaster?
What's the point of doing an Eldritch Knight when you're a worse arcane caster and also a worse fighter?
What's the point of doing an Arcane Trickster?
_______
There are a couple corner case builds with that thing -- the bard skill monkey / Evangelist getting 4 + 1/2 level bonus on every knowledge check and using versatile performance to get everything else you need is one of the better ways to max skills...
The Zen Archer Quinggong Monk / Evangelist of Erastil loses a little attack bonus, a feat, and a fair bit of saves but that's about it...at higher levels it's probably worth it for what you gain.
_______
A full-caster loses only a level, but depending on the full-caster and the campaign you might love it or hate it. Cleric is the only one where the Wisdom synergizes, but you're not getting appreciably more until you can use +wis. Empyreal Sorcerer is another one that MIGHT be worth it. Regular Sorc or Wiz only if you've got a great concept and / or high numbers of build points.
If you're starting in the teens, a character like the one I did could hold its own in most parties...just not as either the full caster or the DPS archer -- more a hybrid between the two.
