Hi paizo CS crew
I'm struggling to place my current order - when I try and confirm, the site spins its wheels for a while, then asks me to confirm again.
I don't know if its getting thrown by the fact there's a preorder included, but if someone can give it a kick so that what's available can be shipped now and the preorder added to my sidecart, I'd appreciate it.

You might want to search around a bit, but I seem to recall several people having similar problems that didn't get resolved until they took the preorder out (e.g. putting it in a wish list).
You might want to try that and submit the pre-order as a separate order (or just leave it in your cart and have customer service manually force-choke it into submission).

I got out my +1 Ten-Foot Pole of Poking and Prodding, and made this work.
It looks like there was a pre-order item, and a backorder item, which have both been moved to your sidecart.
The rest of the order looks like it should be ready to ship any time, and you should soon get an email confirming that order information. If you see any changes that need to be made, please let me know.
