So I apologize for the duplication, but I just wanted to double check on a couple emails I sent on Friday afternoon (both at around 2pm EST).
One was about order 3169146 and the other was with a subscription question.

Hi,
I didn't want to make a whole new thread for this, so I figure I will just post here.
I sent an email to customer service about two weeks ago regarding a missing card. I followed up on it last week but haven't received anything like a confirmation or receipt or anything like that. I understand you guys are slammed with some more important technical problems to deal with so I didn't want to bother too much. Would just like to know if my email was received and will be handled at some point.

Sorry about that :/ Got you wrapped up.
We're working on the backlog, but there's still a rather enormous pile to work through. Kind of the like scene in Harry Potter, where Hogwarts is trying to sent the acceptance letter to Harry, and then finally on Sunday, a bunch owls swarmand drop letters down the chimney and they flood the house. Imagine the inbox like that.
