I didn't want to make a whole new thread for this, so I figure I will just post here.
I sent an email to customer service about two weeks ago regarding a missing card. I followed up on it last week but haven't received anything like a confirmation or receipt or anything like that. I understand you guys are slammed with some more important technical problems to deal with so I didn't want to bother too much. Would just like to know if my email was received and will be handled at some point.
