Blinding sneak attack.

If I use the feat blinding sneak attack using improved TWF does that mean the target has to make a fort save for each hit? I assume the duration of one round doesn't stack so no matter how many times the creature is blinded its only for 1 round.

I read it. Yeah every attack made in magical darkness forces a save, and not it(the rounds) would not stack, but it is a good way to blind someone.
