Lack of info or am I out of date?

Pathfinder Online

Ive read the vlogs and many posts, but there are too many posts to fully search. I had greatly liked recently released info about crafting and the settlement podcast at gobbocast, but now I feel I am lacking info or am out of date. If previously answered, a reference would be appreciated or a up to date offsite FAQ.

Towers are controlled by one company. That company pledgesnto a settlement, which accepts, the company-members becoming settlement members. You can only join one company (at launch), so your skills are based on that settlement. A tower / its benefit CAN NOT be gifted to a second settlement by the company or the first settlement. All of a settlements towers are pvp at the same time frame. <--My understanding.

a. Can a company control more than one tower?
b. Does the tower advance all settlement training by 1 or select one school?
c. Settlements time zones, ie europe and US? A large company off time zone by 6hr (say the pvp frame falling at 3am or even 9am) can not defend a tower, even though they can conquer one/more and could defend during their prime time. Are they useless for tower mechanics?
d. A uncontrolled tower has the entire Hex as rep free pvp 24/7?
e. NPC towns still have training / craft buildings up to early Tier II?
f. How many towers are needed to surpass the NPC town training?
g. When are the settlements going to announce their roles selections?
h. You still have to be within one alignment grade of the settlement during WoT?

A reference to a good offsite FAQ would be appreciated for standard info on:
Multiple characters per account but is reputation character based or account based. Can you have a low-rep griefer without penalty to a second high-rep main character? You can presumably put characters into very different companies and settlements? The number of characters? or accounts? in a REAL company / settlement once implemented determines influence / DI?

A - No
B - From the wording I think it is everything.
C - I wouldn't call them useless, they can support in other ways, like providing resources to those that will defend.
D - Yes, unless it is released then it goes on a timer.
E - I believe so, although I haven't seen mention of this.
F - We don't know, but probably north of 10
G - At the end of the Landrush I would assume?
H - Probably.

I think a good many of your questions needs to be answered by the devs.

For most of your questions at the end:

As far as I know (and I'll admit my understanding may not be perfect), two characters on the same account are going to be treated just like two characters on separate accounts. This is because doing it otherwise pointlessly incentivizes people to create a new account for each character, which just adds more hassle for everyone involved.

I agree that developer input on some of these matters would be useful.

I am not sure if there are FAQ on towers but Ryan did say that he and (Tork maybe) were working on a blog. Most of the information is in the War of Towers thread.

Yes towers are controlled by a company. That company is part of some settlement. It may be possible to assign a tower to another settlement but both gifting and receiving settlements must agree. Uncertain what happens when a company owning a tower captures a second. It may be that it can be gifted to another company. A company can take a tower and then release as uncontrolled (wild) with 24/7 PvP.

Each settlement has a PvP window common to the settlement and all of its towers. Arrangements can be made for support from other settlements. Basically they hold the exterior of the hex and owning company is responsible for interior. If you play at a time other than PvP time of your settlement, it may be that diplomatic arrangement would allow you to support other settlements in exchange for their support of your settlement. The settlements with a lot of towers will have large windows. Your play window outside of the peak may make you very valuable to protect towers of allies and take down towers of antagonists.

Also, just because you don't match up with your settlement's PvP window, doesn't mean that you aren't lined up with someone else's PvP window and can go grab a tower from someone else.

After all, there's more than just defending.
