In the footnote of Table 8-2 on page 183:
If you have a base attack bonus of +1 or higher, you can combine one of these actions with a regular move. If you have the Two-Weapon Fighting feat, you can draw two light or one-handed weapons in the time it would normally take you to draw one.
So the answer is yes, if you have the two weapon fighting feat.

Ok, actually now I see what you're asking, and it's not technically covered by that footnote. If I understand you correctly, you're asking about drawing as a move action, not drawing as part of a move?
The answer to your question doesn't seem to be explicitly in the rules, but given what I posted above, I'm confident that you can draw two weapons with a single move action if and only if you have the two weapon fighting feat.

Talon's quote does, in fact, answer your question.
If you have the Two-Weapon Fighting feat, you can draw two light or one-handed weapons in the time it would normally take you to draw one.
So, if you have the Two-Weapon Fighting feat, you can draw two one-handed weapons in a single move action. If you don't, you can't. (And if your BAB is at least +1, you can move and draw two one-handed weapons, so long as you have the Two-Weapon Fighting feat.)
I believe that this would also apply to drawing a one-handed weapon and a wand, since the rule in question also states the following:
This action also applies to weapon-like objects carried in easy reach, such as wands.
Even if you were to insist it had to be weapons, then a wand considered as an improvised weapon would surely count as "light".
