Is there a problem with my "pending" order?
If it's been pending for a week or less, it's probably just in the long queue they have at the moment - it's the time of month that subscription shipments go out, and apparently this is the biggest shipment they've ever had to do (due to the number of kickstarter orders also combined in with the subscriptions.) They've estimated (about a week ago) that it could take a couple of weeks to process and ship everything.
Orders usually sit at "pending" status until they actually physically pack and dispatch them.
Whitehowl79, to confirm, it does look like everything is fine for your order.
That said, our current estimated fulfillment time for any orders placed (since shortly after the beginning of the month) is 2 to 14 business days. That means it could take the warehouse 2 to 14 business days to get it processed and shipped out.
This information is typically available on the Product Availability information for each product description, as well as in the confirmation email after the order is submitted.
Usually our estimated fulfillment time is more in the range of 2 to 6 business days or 4 to 11 business days depending on the item.
Because of how busy it has been this month, we have increased that estimate to 2 to 14 business days/ we are currently on the 5th business day since the order was submitted.
Again, it looks like the order is fine. The warehouse just hasn't quite gotten to it yet. You should get a shipping update when it leaves the warehouse.
