Incidentally, since the sum total DC of the creatures is 10 2/3, and it costs 2,400 gp, then the value of the Robe should decrease if some of the figures have been used up in the following way:
75 gp Human Skeleton
122.5 gp Fast Goblin Zombie or Tough Human Zombie
225 gp Wolf Skeleton or Heavy Horse Skeleton
450 gp Plague Ogre Zombie
(I'm using this in the next adventure I'm writing so I thought I would be nice and figure it all out :-) )

CR?
And yeah, a partially used robe should reduce its value, like a wand with less than full charges. Using CR as a percentage of total CR seems like a good way of calculating that.

So quick question....
Exactly HOW does one create a Tough Human Zombie?
Shouldn't that just be a standard zombie, since there is no template called "Tough"?
Also, do these undead stack with any other undead the necromancer has created for purposes of controlling undead, or are these considered a separate stack? I'm running the Vreeg combat in CotCT, and he handed an advanced party their behinds, and now they're captured.
