will Feather Step allow you to move in the wall area ? (getting damage, but still...)
A good question, but I'm going to say no.
While the spell Wall of Thorns impedes movement, it is nowhere referred to as creating "difficult terrain", which is a term of art (or defined term) in Pathfinder. Additionally, the way it restricts movement isn't anything like difficult terrain, so you can't even use the argument that it is the equivalent of difficult terrain even if they didn't call it that.
Feather Step specifically states: "For the duration of this spell, the subject ignores the adverse movement effects of difficult terrain, and can even take 5-foot steps in difficult terrain." By contract, check out Freedom of Movement.
