While reading some other threads I had the idea for a build I want to share with you. It is not a full build yet.
The concept is an inquisitor who uses the intimidate version of antagonize (this seems to be the less hated part of antagonize) and spells like lock gaze and/or compel hostility to make an opponent attack him instead of other targets.
Via the animal domain (perhaps fur subdomain) he gets a small cat AC.
Human Inquisitor
Eye for talent racial to buff the ACs int
Stats: Wis>Con>str (not sure)
Feats:
spell focus: Enchantment, Tandem trip, paired opportunist, boon companion, antagonize (boon companion should come at 5th rest not fixed)
AC: Small cat at 4th level +2 dex/+2 con instead of size increase
AC feats: weapon finesse, tandem trip,
The idea is to have the melee opponents attack the inquisitor and the cat trip them if possible or just deal damage via an agile AomF.
What I have not figured out yet is how to mitigate the incoming damage.
Heavy armor prof would be nice but I hardly have a feat free for it. And multiclassing would decrease the cat's level.

Well, to help with incoming damage, Toughness helps a lot with this. My Inquisitor took this and never looked back on it. You do seem a bit feat-tight until about level 7, but if you go human you can probably work it in at first or third level. It'll essentially upgrade you to a Ranger's AC and HP.
Also, if you want to multiclass, you could take a 1 level dip in Fighter for HAP, and your cat will remain at full HD, since Boon Companion adds 4 levels and Animal domain only subtracts 3.
And consider the Infiltrator archetype. The main draw is the relatively large boost to Intimidate [and Diplo/Bluff]. Especially with an Antagonize build, since it means you don't have to invest in Charisma or Intimidating Prowess.

Inquisitor isn't especially optimized for this but it can be done. First you NEED a dip of fighter to make this happen. Because of the high DCs your going to need you will need an 18 in WIS post racial. If you properly defend yourself a 14 CON is enough with favors class going to HP. That leaves you needin to get a strength 16 and your fine.
Depending on how defensive you want to be when ur opponents attack I would grab the following (assuming melee combat): shield of swings, combat expertise, anything that boosts DC of spells, heavy armor prof from fighter dip, and judgement surge.

Good catch on animal domain only being -3.
If I do this I will be human but replace the bonus feat for eye for talent to boost my cat's int so it can learn non AC feats.
@renegate: I was planning on using a shield. So no shield of swings.
And as he can use his spells and, later, antagonize (the intimidate version) to make enemies attack him he doesn't need to dealthe really big damage.
