I just received my latest shipment and my copy of Shifting sands has a production problem; the pages of the book don't seem to be glued to the spine of the cover. I suspect they will start falling out.

When I view my upcoming subscription shipments it shows the upcoming one with the replacement copy but it looks like the shipping for it isn't free, rough $4 more than a month when I receive just one book.
