help building a non-caster caster


Advice


In this world there is no magic, so since drow keep their spell like abilities I thought to capitalize on that fact. How does this look?
Race: Drow Name: Grave Alignment LE
Class: Fighter (trench fighter) 3
Ability layout: 25 point buy (one must be 18 and one must be 7)
Str: 7
Dex: 18 +2 race = 20
Con: 10
Int: 10
Wis: 15
Chr: 14 +2 race = 18
Race abilities: Seducer, +2 vs enchantment, SR = 6 + lvls, Darkvision 120ft, poison use, Diplomacy=class skill and +2 diplomacy, Spell like abilities
Skills: Knowledge computer, diplomacy, acrobatics (favorite class)
For Feats I’m thinking:
1st: Feat: drow nobility, fighter feat: Point blank shot
2nd: Bravery (+1 will vs fear), Fighter feat: precise shot
3rd: Feat: Drrow Nobility Improved, Fighter: Trench warefare +2 ac when behind cover, Dex to damage with firearms
(the plan is to take greater nobility @ 5, umbral scion @ 7, and improved scion @ 9 while using bonus feats to get rapid shot, deflect arrows, weapon focus, and the like)
At level three I am looking at
BAB +3, Dex mod +5, +1 point blank, so +9 for a single shot with +6 to dmg from trench warefare.

And::

Seducer Certain drow possess an innate understanding of the darkest desires that lurk in every heart. Drow with this racial trait add +1 to the saving throw DCs for spells and spell-like abilities of the enchantment school. In addition, drow with a Wisdom score of 15 or higher may use charm person (DC=10 + spell level +modifier so +1 from seducer,so 14?)once per day as a spell-like ability (caster level equal to the drow's character level). This racial trait replaces drow immunities.
Drow Nobility (Drow)
Your blood courses with power, granting you greater spell-like abilities.
Prerequisites: Able to use drow spell-like abilities, drow.
Benefit: You may use detect magic as a spell-like ability at will, and add feather fall and levitate to the spell-like abilities that you may use once each per day. Your caster level is equal to your character level.

Improved Drow Nobility (Drow)
Your magical heritage is more potent than that of your peers, as demonstrated by your superior spell-like abilities.
Prerequisites: Cha 13, Drow Nobility, able to use drow spell-like abilities, drow.
Benefit: You may use your dancing lights, faerie fire, feather fall, and levitate spell-like abilities twice per day. Your darkness spell-like ability instead becomes deeper darkness, which you may use twice per day.


Charm and suggestion seem like potent tools, but I could just build all out damage and diplomacy too...


There are also other races that grant SLA that might be more useful to you, unless you wanted specific ones from that list? in a no magic world, detect magic and dispel magic aren't that handy, deeper darkness will hinder your allies as well as your enemies.

Though the charm and suggestion are nice.

Maybe duergar for enlarge and invisibility, but that would be more a strength or CMB build fighter than the ranged dex fighter you're going for.

I probably should have looked at the other feats before writing that, but it's still a thought.

In a world "with no magic" SLA's should be absent as well.


it's a homebrew. there is magic in the world, but not in the place that we currently are and will be for a while.
